Answers to the most common questions about renting exotic and luxury cars with Aura Reserve in Scottsdale, Chicago, and Fort Lauderdale.

Requirements

You will need a valid driver's license and proof of insurance. If you're a new client we will get the verification process started and get you situated right away.
You will need a full-coverage auto insurance policy which consists of comprehensive and collision, plus liability coverage. Minimum coverage limits must be $100,000 / $300,000 / $100,000. SR-22 insurance is not accepted.
Generally commercial auto policies do not transfer to luxury and exotic rentals. However, a sales advisor would be more than glad to assist with verification.
All drivers must be covered under an auto policy with the proper coverages for luxury and exotic rentals.
Short-term auto insurance policies are not likely to assist in case of an incident with our rentals, which would leave you liable for any damages. We strongly recommend ensuring your existing policy meets our minimum coverage requirements before booking.
As long as you have a valid driver's license and proper insurance coverage you can rent with Aura Reserve. Please note that security deposits are higher for drivers under 21.

Reservations

Submit an inquiry through our reservation form on any page, or reach out directly via email at info@aurarsvp.com. Our team responds within two hours during business hours.
Our team works hard to fulfill your vehicle preference. In rare cases where a substitution is necessary, you will not be entitled to a refund, but a credit may be issued to your account.
Yes, but they must go through the same verification process and sign as an additional driver. All drivers must meet our insurance and license requirements.
All sales are final. Aura Reserve does not offer refunds for canceled, modified, or unused services. Future service credits may be issued per our cancellation terms. Please contact our concierge team as soon as possible if your plans change.
We don't allow test drives, however you're more than welcome to come check out the cars. Walk-ins require appointments — please reach out ahead of time to schedule.

Deposits & Payment

Yes, a security deposit is required for all services. The amount may change depending on the vehicle and type of service selected.
Due to the high value of individual parts on luxury and exotic cars — especially wheels and body panels — deposits reflect the real cost of potential damage or road hazards. This protects both you and the vehicle.
The deposit will be held the day of the reservation. Cash deposits are not accepted for vehicle deliveries.
You will have 24 hours to make the payment once the invoice has been sent to you. Reservations not paid within this window may be released.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, and JCB, as well as Apple Pay and ACH transfers. Cash payments require a $300 credit/debit card hold.

Policies

Yes, there is a $500 fee for smoking in any of our vehicles. All of our cars are strictly non-smoking.
